Andreea is the floral designer behind Wild Vogel Works. The studio presents its work as modern, art-driven floral design, with custom proposals shaped around a couple’s style, palette, venue and desired atmosphere. Last reviewed: August 12, 2026.

Services and specialization

Wild Vogel Works focuses primarily on wedding flowers and also creates florals for special events. Its published full-service wedding offering begins with a custom floral story and includes floral design tailored to the couple’s style, colour palette and the feeling they want to create for the event.

The business describes its approach as artful, modern, whimsical and soulful. Its site refers to both bold, free-spirited bouquets and modern, minimalist compositions, as well as sculptural shapes, layered textures and considered colour palettes. These descriptions help couples assess visual fit, but the final floral plan is custom rather than selected from a fixed package.

Service area and who it may suit

Wild Vogel Works is based in Waterloo, Ontario. Its official website states that it serves Toronto, Cambridge, Hamilton and the Niagara Region, and describes its wedding work as available across Ontario.

The published service model is geared toward couples planning a full floral installation and event-day styling rather than a standard retail bouquet order. Couples planning a smaller celebration may still have an option to enquire: the business says it opens a limited number of à la carte bookings for select dates and venues.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

Documented features include customised floral proposals rather than pre-set packages, and a full-service scope that can include curated candle rentals, delivery, setup, transfers and teardown. Wild Vogel Works also says it sources as many blooms as possible from local, women-led farms when the season allows, and that it participates in a regional flower collective supporting seasonal flowers.

A street address and telephone number are not shown on the official contact page. The site does not publish a complete item-by-item floral menu or confirm which arrangements, rentals or transfer requirements apply to every event. Its stated approach is custom, so couples should obtain a written proposal that sets out the exact designs, quantities, rentals, labour and logistics for their celebration.

Pricing

Current pricing is explicitly published. Wild Vogel Works states that its full-service wedding floral minimum is $8,000 before HST. It says most clients invest $10,000–$12,000+, with that range including full-service florals, curated candle rentals, delivery, setup, transfers and teardown.

The business also states that it does not use pre-set packages, instead preparing custom proposals based on style, venue and vision. Limited à la carte bookings may be available for select dates and venues, but no separate à la carte prices are published. Couples should ask whether their event qualifies and what is included in the quoted amount before HST.

Contact and booking

Enquiries are handled through the online contact form on the official website. The contact page also provides the email address andreea@wildvogelworks.com and states that the business is now booking 2027.

Wild Vogel Works suggests reaching out around 12 to 15 months before an event, while noting that earlier contact can help because some dates and months are more popular. This is planning guidance, not a guarantee of availability; a direct enquiry is needed to confirm a specific wedding date.

What couples should confirm

Ask whether the wedding date and venue are within the current service area and whether the event will be handled as full-service or, where applicable, an à la carte booking. Confirm the minimum spend, HST, deposit and payment schedule, delivery distance or travel fees, setup and teardown timing, rental inventory, transfer of ceremony flowers and responsibility for rental returns.

Share the venue, guest count, inspiration, preferred palette, key floral moments and any must-have or must-avoid flowers. Ask for a written proposal that lists the floral pieces and labour covered, substitution approach for seasonal availability, installation requirements, cancellation terms and the contact person for event-day coordination.

Profile status

Wild Vogel Works is marked active because its confirmed official website matches the business name and provides current wedding-service information, a direct enquiry route and a statement that it is booking 2027.

The legacy Toronto street address, telephone number and unrelated health-centre website are not used in this profile. The current official website identifies the business as Waterloo-based and does not publish a street address or phone number.
