Sorbet Events

Last reviewed: August 8, 2026. Availability unconfirmed. Review pending.

This profile for Sorbet Events wedding planner Toronto is under review because a current official business identity could not be established. The older CanadaWeddingGuide record associates the name with wedding planning in Toronto, but that record is historical context rather than proof that the company is operating or accepting bookings today.

The listed Facebook URL did not provide sufficient first-party evidence to authenticate the business. No confirmed official domain was found that matched the Sorbet Events name and documented relevant wedding-planning services. Accordingly, the former address, telephone number, service descriptions and geographic claims have not been republished as verified facts. Last reviewed: August 8, 2026.

Verification status

Sorbet Events remains in review-pending status. Searches for the business name, former telephone number and legacy street address did not identify a current first-party website with enough evidence to connect the name to an operating Toronto wedding-planning business.

Third-party directory results cannot resolve that gap because they may repeat old listing information. A current official website or authenticated business-controlled page is needed before this profile can be marked active.

Services and specialization

The legacy record described full-service wedding planning, different levels of planning support and destination-wedding assistance. None of those services could be confirmed on a current official source, so couples should not treat them as an up-to-date service menu.

If the business is reached through another channel, ask for a written description of what is included in full planning, partial planning and wedding-day or month-of coordination. Confirm whether design, vendor sourcing, contract review, timeline preparation, rehearsal attendance, setup and on-site staffing are included or separately billed.

Service area and who it may suit

Toronto appears in the historical directory classification, but a current Toronto base, Greater Toronto Area service radius and destination-travel policy could not be verified. Couples should confirm the planner’s present location and whether travel time, mileage, accommodation or additional staffing affects the proposal.

This record may be relevant to someone specifically researching the Sorbet Events name. It is not yet reliable enough for comparing the company with active Toronto planners or deciding whether its service scope suits a particular wedding.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

No company-specific strength can responsibly be confirmed without first-party documentation. The older description mentions several planning levels, but a documented current feature is required before any of them can be presented as a strength.

The practical limitation is the absence of a verified official website, current portfolio, service list, team information and booking route. This does not establish that the company has ceased operating; it means its present identity and offering remain unverified.

Pricing

Current pricing is not explicitly published. No verified official source was found for package prices, retainers, minimum wedding budgets, hourly consultation fees, taxes, travel costs or payment schedules.

Couples who locate an authenticated representative should request a dated written proposal in Canadian dollars. It should identify the planning period, meeting allowance, wedding-day hours, number of staff, overtime terms, travel charges, cancellation conditions and every included deliverable.

Contact and booking

There is no verified contact method to publish. The former Facebook URL, telephone number and Lansdowne Avenue address remain legacy details and should not be used as proof of current ownership or availability.

Before sharing wedding information or paying a deposit, confirm that the contact controls an official Sorbet Events account and can provide a business name, contract, invoice and traceable payment instructions. Availability for any date is currently unknown.

What couples should confirm

If current first-party contact is established, couples should verify the legal or operating business name, planner’s identity, present service area, exact package inclusions, planning timeline and who will attend the wedding. They should also ask about backup coverage, liability insurance, communication expectations and the handling of vendor payments.

Request recent, attributable work examples directly from the business and read the complete agreement before paying. CanadaWeddingGuide should update this profile only after an official source clearly connects the Sorbet Events name with current wedding-planning services and consistent contact details.
