John Touchette Music

Last reviewed: August 13, 2026. This listing is currently under review because Canada Wedding Guide could not establish a current official website or other first-party business source for John Touchette Music. The legacy listing associates the name with wedding music in the Collingwood area, but that information has not been independently verified for current bookings.

Couples searching for “John Touchette Music Collingwood” should treat this as a historical directory record rather than a confirmed active supplier profile. The former Facebook link supplied with the listing did not provide usable first-party evidence connecting the account to this business or documenting present wedding services.

Verification status

This profile has review_pending status, not a closure status. A current official source must identify the business clearly and show relevant wedding or event-music context before this listing can be marked Active. The available legacy link did not meet that standard, and web searches returned no confirmed official business domain.

The legacy address, telephone number and service description are therefore not republished as verified contact or service details. A directory entry alone is not evidence that a supplier is currently taking bookings.

Services and specialization

No current first-party source was found to document the services presently offered by John Touchette Music. Earlier directory copy describes wedding music and a cellist, but it is unverified legacy material and should not be relied on to confirm ceremony music, cocktail-hour music, reception music, repertoire, equipment, ensemble size or song requests.

Until the business provides an official website or a directly verifiable booking channel, Canada Wedding Guide cannot confirm a current specialization, the instrument performed, or whether wedding work remains available.

Service area and who it may suit

The legacy record is categorised under Collingwood, Ontario, while its former description referred to Wasaga Beach. Neither location is currently supported by a confirmed official source, so no service area is published here.

If a current contact is found, couples should ask where the musician is based, which communities and venues are served, whether travel is available, and whether the date is suitable for ceremony-only, cocktail-hour or longer wedding coverage.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

No company-specific strengths can be confirmed from a current official source. It would be inappropriate to treat older directory descriptions, third-party profiles or search-result text as proof of experience, repertoire, training, reliability or service quality.

The practical limitation is the absence of a verified official identity and booking route. This prevents confirmation of the current operator, the scope of wedding work, contact details and availability. Couples should not send a deposit or rely on the legacy phone number or Facebook URL without independently confirming the intended recipient.

Pricing

Current pricing is not explicitly published. Canada Wedding Guide did not find a current official price list, package description or official booking page for this listing.

If the business is contacted through a newly confirmed channel, request a written quote stating performance duration, number of musicians, travel, sound requirements, taxes, deposit, payment schedule, overtime and cancellation or postponement terms.

Contact and booking

No official website, postal address, telephone number or booking contact is currently verified, so these fields are intentionally left blank. The supplied Facebook address was attempted but could not be used to establish business identity or present wedding-service context.

The appropriate next step is to obtain a current official website or direct contact confirmation from the business. Once a source clearly matching the business name and wedding-music service is available, this profile can be reassessed.

What couples should confirm

Before considering a booking under this name, confirm the legal or trading name, the performer’s identity, current contact details and that the person responding is authorised to accept the booking. Ask for recent, directly supplied information rather than relying on legacy listings.

Also confirm the exact musical role, event timing, requested-song policy, setup needs, amplification, travel area, total cost and written agreement. These are practical questions to resolve because none is documented by a current official source for this listing.
