Chairish the Moment

Last reviewed: August 23, 2026. Availability unconfirmed. Review pending.

Couples searching for Chairish the Moment Thunder Bay wedding decorations should note that the business identity and current wedding services could not be verified from the supplied first-party evidence. The website previously associated with the listing now presents The Blind Spot, a Canadian window-covering dealer network, and contains no reference to Chairish the Moment or wedding decoration services.

This profile is therefore marked review pending rather than active. The historical CWG record places the company in Thunder Bay and categorizes it under Wedding Decorations, but those listing details are context only and do not establish current services, location, contact information or operating status. Last reviewed: August 23, 2026.

Services and specialization

The existing CWG taxonomy associates Chairish the Moment with wedding decorations. However, the supplied official-site check did not find the company name, a matching wedding-service description or another distinctive identity connection. The attempted website describes blinds, shades, shutters, automation and installation rather than wedding decor.

Consequently, no decoration inventory, design style, consultation process, delivery option, setup service, teardown service or event-coordination offering can be presented as current. Couples should treat descriptions from the legacy listing as unverified until they locate a current first-party source belonging to Chairish the Moment.

• Directory category: Wedding Decorations
• Current wedding services: not verified
• Decor inventory and setup options: not verified

Service area and who it may suit

The CWG record categorizes the listing under Thunder Bay, Ontario, but the evidence pack contains no matched official page confirming a business address or service area. It is unknown whether Chairish the Moment currently serves Thunder Bay, surrounding Northwestern Ontario communities or any other location.

Without verified service details, this listing cannot reliably identify which wedding sizes, venues, decor styles or budgets the company may suit. Couples considering the name should first establish that they have found the correct business and that it accepts wedding enquiries in their venue's location.

• Thunder Bay association comes from the existing directory record
• Travel boundaries and delivery areas are not documented
• Venue types and wedding formats served are not documented

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

No company-specific wedding feature is confirmed by the supplied first-party evidence, so this profile does not assign strengths, endorsements or service advantages. The clearest practical limitation is the identity mismatch: the listed domain belongs to a window-covering business and does not connect itself to Chairish the Moment.

The legacy street address and telephone number have also been withheld because neither appears on a matching official page. This does not show that Chairish the Moment is closed; it means the current identity, contact route and wedding offering require further verification.

• No verified company-specific wedding features
• Listed domain does not match the company identity
• Legacy address and phone remain unverified

Pricing

Current prices are not published. No matched official source was supplied for packages, rental rates, deposits, minimum spends, delivery charges, setup fees, teardown fees, damage deposits or taxes.

Couples who identify a current authorized contact should request a written, itemized quotation. It should distinguish decor rentals from labour and transportation, identify payment milestones, and explain cancellation, substitution, loss and damage terms.

• Package prices: not verified
• Deposits and minimum spends: not verified
• Delivery, setup and teardown charges: not verified

Contact and booking

No official Chairish the Moment website, email address, postal address or telephone number was established. The attempted domain should not be treated as the wedding company's booking channel because its current content identifies The Blind Spot and provides window-covering contact details.

Do not rely on the legacy address or telephone number without independent confirmation from a current first-party business source. Before sharing personal information or sending a deposit, couples should verify the legal or trading name shown on the quote, contract and payment request.

• Official booking channel: not established
• Current address: not verified
• Current phone number: not verified

What couples should confirm

The first step is to establish a current first-party identity for Chairish the Moment. A credible source should connect the exact business name to wedding decoration services and provide consistent contact details. Couples can then ask for details relevant to their date, venue and decor plan.

Any proposal should identify what is included, who handles installation and removal, when venue access is required, and what happens if an item becomes unavailable. Written confirmation is especially important where rentals, custom work or third-party suppliers are involved.

• Whether the business currently accepts wedding bookings
• Its current service area and verified contact details
• Available decor inventory and whether substitutions are permitted
• Delivery, setup, teardown and venue-access requirements
• All fees, taxes, deposits, cancellation terms and damage responsibility
