Canexcel

Last reviewed: August 28, 2026. Availability unconfirmed. Review pending.

Canexcel is presented on its official website as a Canadian wholesaler of wedding and event supplies. The site describes a business established in 2001 and identifies its contact location as Unit 7, 980 Pacific Gate, Mississauga, Ontario. For couples, wedding planners and decorators researching Mississauga wholesale wedding supplies, the documented offering centres on decor pieces, accessories and DIY materials rather than a published full-service wedding-planning package.

This page is marked review pending because the supplied identity evidence does not yet establish the required two distinctive business-name tokens for a fully active profile. The information below is therefore limited to what appears on the supplied official website. Last reviewed: August 28, 2026.

Services and specialization

The official website presents Canexcel as a wholesale supplier for the Canadian wedding and event industry. Its navigation includes wedding decor, reception items, bridal products, stationery, cake decor, wedding accessories, event decor, packing and wrapping, floral decor and giftware.

Examples shown in the supplied pages include centrepieces, metal centrepieces, vases, candle holders, table-number holders, signs and banners, guest books, flower-girl baskets, ring pillows, cake stands, cake toppers, chandeliers, curtains, LED lighting, wall decor, silk flowers, floral garlands, greenery, acrylic decorative pieces, boxes, bags and DIY materials. The evidence documents products and categories; it does not establish installation, styling, delivery or on-site decorating services.

• Wedding and event wholesale supplies
• Centrepieces, vases and candle holders
• Reception, bridal, cake and stationery accessories
• Event, floral, lighting and DIY decor products

Service area and who it may suit

The official homepage describes Canexcel as located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, while the contact block lists a Mississauga address. This makes the business potentially relevant to GTA-based shoppers, wedding planners, decorators and other trade customers seeking supplies, but the supplied evidence does not define a delivery radius or confirm service throughout Ontario or Canada.

The wholesale positioning and broad product catalogue may suit customers sourcing individual decor components or coordinated accessory items. Couples should confirm whether direct purchasing is available to the public, whether minimum quantities apply and whether products can be viewed or collected in person.

• Official copy refers to Toronto and lists a Mississauga contact address
• The website describes support for wedding and event decorators
• Delivery, shipping and customer eligibility are not established in the supplied evidence

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

A documented feature of Canexcel is the breadth of its online category structure, covering table decor, bridal accessories, cake items, floral decor, event decor, packaging and giftware. The homepage also states that the company was established in 2001 and serves the Canadian wedding and event industry.

Important information remains unconfirmed. The supplied evidence does not verify current stock, product quality beyond the company’s own description, delivery terms, returns, minimum orders, showroom access or whether the business currently offers any service beyond product supply. The identity review status also means couples should verify the current business details before relying on this listing.

• The catalogue covers multiple wedding-supply categories
• The business states that it was established in 2001
• Current operations and purchasing terms require confirmation

Pricing

Prices are not published in the supplied evidence. The official page title refers to competitive prices, but that wording does not provide a current price list or quotation. Couples and professionals should request pricing for the exact products, pack sizes, colours and quantities required.

Ask whether wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, taxes, shipping, pickup charges or special-order terms apply. Product-page excerpts show some unit and pack quantities for individual items, but they do not establish the total cost of a wedding order.

• Prices are not published
• Request a current quote for specific items and quantities
• Confirm taxes, shipping, minimum orders and pickup terms

Contact and booking

The supplied official website lists Canexcel at Unit 7, 980 Pacific Gate, Mississauga, Ontario Canada L5T 1Y1, with telephone number 905-670-8780. It also shows weekday and Saturday opening hours in the contact block. Because this profile is review pending, confirm the address, hours and purchasing arrangements before travelling.

The evidence does not describe a wedding consultation or booking workflow. Contact the business to ask about product enquiries, stock checks, wholesale accounts, showroom visits, order lead times and collection or delivery.

• Phone: 905-670-8780
• Confirm current opening hours before visiting
• Ask how product orders and wholesale enquiries are handled

What couples should confirm

Before placing an order, couples should confirm that the business name, address and website details are current and that the desired products are available. They should also check measurements, materials, colours, pack sizes and whether displayed items are sold individually or in multiples.

For a wedding date, confirm the expected dispatch or pickup timing and what happens if an item is unavailable. If a planner or decorator is ordering on the couple’s behalf, clarify invoicing, minimum quantities, substitutions, delivery responsibilities and return or exchange conditions. None of these terms is established by the supplied evidence.

• Verify current identity and contact details
• Confirm stock, specifications, pack sizes and substitutions
• Ask about lead times, delivery, pickup and returns
• Clarify wholesale eligibility and minimum order requirements
