Business status: Not yet verified under the current review process.

Last reviewed: August 31, 2026. Availability unconfirmed. Review pending.

This CanadaWeddingGuide.com profile is pending identity review. The existing page is titled Wedding Music Planning, while the current first-party website supplied for verification is branded Village Travel and describes destination-wedding travel services. Because that connection has not been established, couples should treat this listing as unconfirmed rather than as a verified Montreal wedding-music business.

The available evidence is relevant to Montreal destination wedding planning: Village Travel's supplied wedding page discusses private consultations, destination and accommodation research, travel arrangements for couples and guests, and coordination with an on-site wedding coordinator. The evidence does not confirm that Village Travel and Wedding Music Planning are the same business.

Identity and review status

The supplied current website uses the name Village Travel on its home, weddings, destination-wedding, contact and about pages. The existing CanadaWeddingGuide.com record uses the name Wedding Music Planning and contains a different legacy website, address and phone number. The identity score supplied for this review is 0.5 with one distinctive identity-token hit, so the listing does not meet the publication threshold for an active profile.

The legacy address, phone number and description are not used as verified facts. A manual check is needed to determine whether the old listing was renamed, redirected, incorrectly matched or represents a separate business.

Publication status: review pending.
Do not treat the existing Wedding Music Planning details as current.
Do not publish the Village Travel contact details under the Wedding Music Planning name until the relationship is confirmed.

Services and specialization

The current first-party evidence describes Village Travel's wedding offering as destination-wedding planning and travel support. The Weddings page says the agency can discuss a couple's vision and budget, research and guide destination and venue options, arrange travel details for the couple and guests, and provide a private consultation. It also refers to a personal wedding specialist and an on-site coordinator assigned through the destination arrangements.

The supplied evidence does not verify live music, DJs, bands, ceremony musicians or other entertainment services. Those claims from the legacy page should not be carried forward without separate current evidence.

Destination-wedding consultation.
Destination, venue and accommodation guidance.
Travel arrangements for couples and guests.
Coordination involving an on-site destination wedding coordinator.

Service area and who it may suit

The supplied official contact and about pages list Village Travel at 5490 Boul. St Joseph, Lachine, Quebec H8T 1S5. This establishes a Lachine, Quebec business address for Village Travel, but it does not establish a Montreal service area for Wedding Music Planning or prove that the two names refer to one operation.

Subject to identity confirmation, the documented service may suit couples considering a destination celebration who want assistance with travel planning, accommodation research, guest arrangements and destination-wedding coordination. The evidence does not identify particular destinations, venues, guest capacities or travel packages.

Verified location in the supplied evidence: Lachine, Quebec, for Village Travel.
Destination coverage and in-person service boundaries require confirmation.
No local wedding-music coverage is verified.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

A documented feature of the current wedding service is its stated focus on personalized planning: the supplied page says the team will listen to the couple's vision, understand the budget and provide suggestions. It also describes support for the travel details of the couple and guests and coordination with an on-site specialist.

The principal limitation for this CWG listing is evidentiary rather than a judgement about the business. The current site does not, in the supplied excerpts, identify Wedding Music Planning, and it does not support the legacy claims about musicians, genres, bands, DJs or Montreal-based wedding music.

Confirmed feature: private consultation is offered on the current Weddings page.
Confirmed feature: destination travel details can be arranged according to the supplied description.
Limitation: current connection to the existing company name is unresolved.
Limitation: no current music or entertainment service evidence was supplied.

Pricing

Prices are not published. The supplied pages discuss wedding planning, destinations, travel details and packages from preferred partners, but they do not provide a confirmed fee schedule or a current price for consultation, planning or travel coordination.

Couples should request a written explanation of any planning fee, commissions, deposits, cancellation terms, supplier charges, travel costs and package inclusions before booking. The promotional product text supplied in the evidence is not treated as a price for this business.

Prices are not published.
Request a written quote for the specific destination and guest arrangements.
Confirm whether planning and coordination fees are separate from travel and resort costs.

Contact and booking

The supplied current website's Weddings page invites couples to book a private consultation. However, because the relationship between Village Travel and Wedding Music Planning is unresolved, this profile does not publish the current site's address, email or telephone number as contact details for the existing CWG company record.

Before contacting the business through the current site, couples should ask whether it is the same organisation previously listed as Wedding Music Planning and whether the company currently provides wedding music or only destination-wedding travel services.

Booking route documented in the evidence: private consultation through the current Village Travel website.
Company-name reconciliation is required before this CWG page can be activated.
No verified current contact details are assigned to Wedding Music Planning in this review.

What couples should confirm

Couples should first confirm the legal or trading-name relationship between Wedding Music Planning and Village Travel. They should then confirm the exact service being requested, particularly whether it is destination-wedding travel planning or wedding entertainment. If destination planning is the intended service, ask which destinations, resorts and venues are currently available and what support is provided for guests.

Obtain written details for consultation scope, planning fees, supplier or resort packages, travel inclusions, payment schedules, cancellation rules and on-site coordination. Couples should also verify who will be their point of contact before departure and during the destination event.
