Salon Rx

Last reviewed: August 29, 2026. Availability unconfirmed. Review pending.

Couples searching for a Barrie wedding hairstylist may find the existing Salon Rx page alongside the supplied website for Giovanni + Perri. The official-domain material describes Giovanni + Perri as a family-owned hair business with Barrie and Orillia locations, while the current identity evidence does not establish that it is the same business as Salon Rx.

This profile is therefore marked review pending rather than active. It records the relevant service information available from the supplied pages and identifies what should be confirmed before relying on the listing. Last reviewed: August 29, 2026.

Identity status and source limitation

The existing CWG record is titled Salon Rx and includes an older, unverified website address. The supplied current website is branded Giovanni + Perri, not Salon Rx. Although its services page contains wedding-related context, the evidence pack reports only one identity-token hit. That is not enough to establish the required match between the CWG company record and the current official website.

For that reason, this page should not state that Salon Rx is currently operating as Giovanni + Perri, and it should not carry forward the legacy Salon Rx address, telephone number, owner information or service claims as verified facts.

• Status: review pending.
• Identity blocker: the current official-domain branding does not clearly match Salon Rx.
• The legacy CWG contact details remain unverified.

Services and specialization

The supplied Giovanni + Perri services page lists advanced highlighting and colouring, personalized cutting and styling, blow outs, updos, perming, men's cutting and kids' cutting. It also refers to bridal makeup, photoshoots and special occasions in the description for personalized cutting and styling, and mentions updos in a similar context.

These details support researching wedding-related hair services connected with the supplied website, but they do not prove that the Salon Rx listing currently offers a particular bridal package, makeup service, manicure, pedicure or mobile wedding team.

• Verified on the supplied services page: cutting and styling, blow outs and updos.
• Wedding-related references include bridal makeup and special-occasion styling.
• A current Salon Rx service menu was not established.

Service area and who it may suit

The supplied website identifies a Barrie (Glenwood) location and an Orillia location. Its Barrie location is listed at 7 Glenwood Dr, Barrie, Ontario L4N 1R3. Because the Salon Rx-to-Giovanni + Perri identity link remains unresolved, this location should be treated as information about the supplied website, not as a confirmed current address for Salon Rx.

If the businesses are confirmed to be connected, the documented cutting, styling and updo services may be relevant to couples seeking salon-based preparation in Barrie. The evidence does not establish a service radius, travel policy, venue coverage or wedding-party capacity.

• The supplied website lists Barrie and Orillia locations.
• Travel and on-site coverage require confirmation.
• Wedding-party size and appointment availability are not published in the evidence.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

Documented features of the supplied website include a family-owned-business history, staff training references, and a menu that includes personalized styling and updos. These are factual website statements rather than independent endorsements. The site also describes a Barrie location and publishes regular salon hours.

The main limitation is evidence continuity: the current website branding differs from the CWG company name. The supplied pages do not provide enough information to confirm current bridal operations under the Salon Rx name, mobile service, wedding packages, team size or booking availability.

• Documented feature: personalized cutting and styling.
• Documented feature: updo services.
• Practical limitation: business identity and current wedding offering need confirmation.

Pricing

Prices are not published in the supplied evidence. No wedding package, per-person rate, minimum booking, travel fee, deposit, cancellation term or trial appointment price can be verified from the provided pages.

Couples should request a written quotation based on the number of people, requested services, preparation location and timing. Any price information received directly should be checked against the confirmed business identity before being added to this profile.

• Prices are not published.
• Package inclusions and minimums are not established.
• Travel, deposits and cancellation terms require direct confirmation.

Contact and booking

The supplied website has a contact page and lists contact details for Giovanni + Perri's Barrie and Orillia locations. Those details cannot be reproduced here as Salon Rx contact information because the identity match is unresolved. The legacy Salon Rx telephone number and website are explicitly unverified.

Before directing couples to book, the publisher should confirm the legal or trading name, current website relationship, correct Barrie contact details and whether wedding appointments are being accepted.

• Do not rely on the legacy phone number without verification.
• Confirm whether Giovanni + Perri is the current operator of the Salon Rx listing.
• Ask whether wedding hair, bridal makeup or on-site services are currently bookable.

What couples should confirm

Couples should first confirm the business identity and the location at which their appointment would take place. They should then ask which wedding services are currently offered, whether a hair trial is available, who will perform the work, and whether the salon can accommodate the full wedding party.

If preparation is planned at a venue or private residence, confirm travel coverage, arrival timing, setup requirements and any additional fees. Request current pricing and written booking terms before paying a deposit.

• Is Salon Rx now operating under the Giovanni + Perri name?
• Are bridal hair, bridal makeup and updos currently available?
• Is on-site service offered, and what areas and fees apply?
• What are the prices, deposit rules, cancellation terms and trial options?
• What appointment times and wedding-party sizes can be accommodated?
