Perfect Poses Media is an Abbotsford wedding photographer and cinematography business whose official portfolio presents wedding, pre-wedding and destination work. The company lists an Abbotsford, British Columbia address and says it serves couples throughout the province. Its wedding portfolio places particular emphasis on South Asian and Punjabi celebrations, while its pre-wedding portfolio discusses location planning across Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

This profile summarizes only details documented on the supplied official pages. It can help couples decide whether the company’s stated services and geographic reach belong on their shortlist, but it does not establish availability, package inclusions, turnaround times or total cost. Services and specialization

The official wedding portfolio presents both wedding photography and wedding films. Perfect Poses Media describes its approach as documenting romance, energy and cultural heritage, and specifically states that it specializes in South Asian and Punjabi weddings. This is a documented service focus rather than an independent assessment of quality.

The business also publishes a separate pre-wedding portfolio covering photography and videography stories. That page describes engagement-style sessions planned around locations in Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Its journal explains that the operator recommends pre-wedding sessions as a way for couples to become more comfortable in front of the camera, build familiarity with the photographer and create images for items such as save-the-dates, guest-book prints or reception signage.

A separate official destination page offers destination wedding photography and cinematography. It states that the team travels internationally, uses 4K cinema equipment and offers licensed drone coverage, subject to coordination with local authorities. Couples should treat equipment and travel claims as operator-provided information and confirm what applies to their own contract.

Service area and who it may suit

Perfect Poses Media is based in Abbotsford, and the official site says the company serves all of British Columbia. Its pre-wedding material refers to scouting locations across Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, while the destination page says the team is available for travel worldwide.

The business may merit consideration from Abbotsford and Fraser Valley couples seeking combined photography and film coverage, as well as couples planning South Asian or Punjabi wedding events. The portfolio may also be relevant to couples who want a separate pre-wedding session or who are considering a destination celebration. These are possible fits based on the services the operator documents; couples still need to establish whether the team’s availability, working approach and deliverables match their plans.

Planning approach documented by the business

In its Abbotsford planning article, Perfect Poses Media advises building the photography timeline around available light and protecting approximately 20 to 30 minutes for couple portraits during the hour before sunset. It also discusses the option of a first look, gathering rings and other detail items in one place, and leaving breathing room in the schedule. These points show the planning topics the operator considers important, but they are general recommendations rather than guaranteed package features.

The pre-wedding article similarly emphasizes comfort in front of the camera and advance familiarity with the photographer. Couples interested in that preparation should ask whether consultation, location scouting, timeline guidance and posing direction are included in the package being quoted or are available separately.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

A confirmed practical strength is the range of first-party portfolio material: the official site provides separate collections for weddings and pre-wedding work, with both galleries and film links represented. The site also clearly identifies a cultural specialization in South Asian and Punjabi weddings. For couples planning events with multiple traditions or a fast-moving schedule, that documented focus offers a relevant subject to explore during a consultation.

The evidence has important limitations. The supplied pages do not provide complete package specifications, current prices, standard delivery schedules, team size, editing quantities, backup procedures or cancellation terms. Although the destination page mentions 4K equipment and a Transport Canada drone licence, it does not establish that aerial coverage is available at every venue or destination. Weather, airspace, venue rules and local authorization can affect whether drone work is possible.

Pricing

Current prices are not published. The supplied official pages do not show package rates, hourly fees, deposits, travel charges or add-on pricing. Couples will need a written quotation based on their dates, locations, event count, coverage hours and requested photo or film deliverables.

When comparing quotations, ask whether tax, travel time, accommodation, additional photographers or cinematographers, drone work, overtime, albums, raw footage and expedited editing are included or charged separately. For a multi-day South Asian or Punjabi wedding, confirm whether the quotation identifies each covered event and the personnel assigned to it.

What couples should confirm

Ask to see complete galleries and films that resemble your venue, season, lighting and event format, rather than relying only on selected portfolio highlights. Couples planning South Asian or Punjabi celebrations should explain the ceremonies and family moments that matter to them, then confirm how the proposed team will cover simultaneous activities and multiple event days.

Confirm the number of photographers and cinematographers, coverage hours, final image and film formats, approximate quantities, editing scope, delivery method and contractual timeline. If a pre-wedding or destination session is involved, establish who obtains permits and pays location, travel or accommodation costs. Drone coverage should be confirmed for the specific location rather than assumed. Finally, ask about backup equipment, file storage, substitutions if a team member becomes unavailable and the process for requesting changes to edited films.
