Macreo Photography

Last reviewed: August 22, 2026. Availability unconfirmed. Review pending.

Couples searching for Macreo Photography Guelph should note that this company profile is awaiting identity verification. The website attached to the legacy record does not identify Macreo Photography: its pages consistently present David Briggs Photography instead. That mismatch prevents Canada Wedding Guide from treating the site as current first-party evidence for the company named on this page.

The existing listing associates Macreo Photography with wedding photography in Guelph, Ontario, but legacy listing text is not proof of current services, ownership, contact details or operating status. This page therefore does not confirm that Macreo Photography is currently accepting weddings. It was last reviewed on August 22, 2026.

Services and specialization

The supplied Canada Wedding Guide taxonomy places this record under Wedding Photography and Guelph. However, no current official page identifying Macreo Photography was supplied. Claims in the legacy description about photography styles, engagement sessions, additional coverage, high-resolution files, custom graphics, insurance or other inclusions cannot be verified and should not be relied upon when planning coverage.

The attempted website discusses wedding, portrait and commercial photography, but it does so under the name David Briggs Photography. Those services cannot be attributed to Macreo Photography without evidence establishing a connection between the two names.

Service area and who it may suit

Guelph is associated with the record through its existing taxonomy and legacy information. The attempted website mentions Guelph and other Southern Ontario communities, but that geographic information belongs to David Briggs Photography and is not evidence of Macreo Photography's service area.

Until the identity issue is resolved, couples should not assume that Macreo Photography serves Guelph, Waterloo Region or any other destination. The listing may be relevant to someone researching a historical referral or trying to reconnect with the named business, but it is not yet suitable as a verified booking reference.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

No company-specific strength can presently be confirmed for Macreo Photography. The key practical limitation is the mismatch between the company title and the business shown on the supplied website. The evidence reaches the correct wedding-photography context, but it does not meet the required identity threshold for an active profile.

This review-pending status is not a statement that the company has closed, changed ownership or stopped photographing weddings. It means only that the evidence pack does not establish a current official identity.

• The attempted domain identifies David Briggs Photography, not Macreo Photography.
• No identity-matched official portfolio or service page was supplied.
• No official Macreo address, phone number or email address was verified.
• Operating status and current wedding availability remain unknown.

Pricing

Current prices are not published. More specifically, no identity-matched official pricing or package page for Macreo Photography was supplied. Although the attempted website refers to customizable packages and budget-based options, those statements appear on pages branded for David Briggs Photography and cannot be transferred to this company profile.

Couples should request a current written quotation only after confirming that they have reached the correct business. The quotation should identify coverage time, deliverables, taxes, travel costs, deposits, cancellation terms and any optional sessions.

Contact and booking

No official website, postal address or phone number can safely be published for Macreo Photography from the available evidence. The legacy phone number also appears on the David Briggs Photography website, but that overlap alone does not prove that the businesses are the same or that the number currently represents Macreo Photography.

Couples should avoid sending deposits or personal event information until the business name is confirmed through a current first-party channel. A valid booking record should clearly state the photographer's legal or operating name and provide contract terms that correspond with the business receiving payment.

What couples should confirm

Before considering this listing actionable, couples should confirm the current trading name, official website, photographer identity and relationship, if any, between Macreo Photography and David Briggs Photography. They should also verify whether wedding bookings are currently offered and which geographic areas are served.

Once identity is established, practical questions include the photographer attending the wedding, hours of coverage, image-delivery method and timing, editing scope, backup arrangements, usage rights, travel fees and contingency provisions. None of these details is currently verified for Macreo Photography.

• Ask for a current contract bearing the same business name used on the website and invoice.
• Confirm the exact wedding date, locations and coverage hours in writing.
• Request a complete current wedding gallery rather than relying only on selected images.
• Confirm all package inclusions, extra-hour rates, payment deadlines and cancellation terms.
