Owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Maros and Nancy Hana, Hanafoto is a photography business based in Calgary, Alberta. Nancy was born in Vancouver and raised in both Burnaby and Calgary. Maros, on the other hand, was born in Bratislava, Slovakia, and can fluently speak five languages. Maros and Nancy met through their shared love of photography at SFU in Burnaby, British Columbia. They later moved to Calgary in 2002, started a family, and now have three daughters. Specializing in contemporary, photojournalistic, and editorial styles of photography, Maros and Nancy create lavish and timeless images that will be cherished for generations to come.
