Chairs With Charm

Last reviewed: September 3, 2026. Availability unconfirmed. Review pending.

This CanadaWeddingGuide profile is currently under review for Chairs With Charm Surrey wedding chair rentals. The available legacy listing describes a Surrey business associated with wedding and special-event chair services, but that material is not proof of current operations.

The supplied first-party check did not establish a matching official business identity. The only supplied social profile is titled “Our Town | Vancouver BC” and describes a café, rather than Chairs With Charm or a wedding-rental company. Couples should therefore treat the information below as an identity-verification notice, not as confirmation that the business is currently trading.

Why this profile is review pending

The submitted legacy record names Chairs With Charm and associates it with Surrey, British Columbia. However, the supplied website record points to an Our Town Facebook page, and the identity check found no matching business-name tokens or wedding-service context.

Because a current official source could not be connected to the company name, this page cannot responsibly confirm an address, telephone number, website, service menu or operating status. The company has not been marked closed.

• Identity match: not established.
• Wedding-service context in the checked official profile: not established.
• Current address and phone: not verified.

Services and specialization

The legacy description presents Chairs With Charm as a provider of chair-related services for weddings and other events. It also refers generally to chair styles, colours, setup and breakdown. These claims come from the unverified legacy listing and should not be treated as a current catalogue.

No current first-party evidence confirms which chair types, finishes, accessories, delivery options, setup services or event categories are available.

• Legacy service category: wedding and event chair services.
• Current inventory and inclusions: not verified.
• Current wedding availability: not verified.

Service area and who it may suit

The legacy record places the business in Surrey, BC, so Surrey is the only location associated with this page in the supplied material. That location has not been confirmed through a current official source, and no service-radius or delivery information was provided.

If the identity is later confirmed, the page may be relevant to couples seeking chair rentals or chair styling for a Surrey-area celebration. At present, couples should not assume that Surrey delivery, collection or venue setup is offered.

• Legacy location context: Surrey, British Columbia.
• Delivery region and travel fees: not published.
• Venue setup or collection arrangements: not verified.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

There are no current, identity-verified strengths that can be documented from the supplied evidence. The legacy copy contains favourable descriptions, but those statements are not sufficient evidence of present-day service quality or business activity.

The principal limitation is the identity gap between the company record and the supplied Facebook profile. This prevents reliable confirmation of services, stock, terms, contact details, availability and the correct official web presence.

• Documented current feature: none confirmed.
• Practical limitation: the supplied social profile appears to represent a different business.
• Reviews, awards and customer outcomes: not used as evidence.

Pricing

Prices are not published. The evidence pack contains no current first-party pricing, package details, minimum order information, delivery charge or deposit terms.

Couples should request a written quotation that identifies the chair model or finish, quantity, delivery and collection arrangements, setup or teardown charges, taxes, damage terms and cancellation conditions.

• Current package pricing: not available.
• Minimum order and deposit: not verified.
• Delivery, setup and damage fees: not verified.

Contact and booking

No current contact route for Chairs With Charm could be verified. The legacy telephone number and legacy address are explicitly unverified and are therefore not reproduced as business contact details. The supplied Facebook URL leads to an Our Town profile, not an identity-confirmed Chairs With Charm profile.

Do not submit payment or booking information until the business name, legal or trading identity, current contact person and service details have been independently confirmed.

• Official website: not confirmed.
• Current phone and address: not confirmed.
• Booking status: not confirmed.

What couples should confirm

Before treating this vendor as an option, couples should ask for a current website or business social profile that clearly names Chairs With Charm and describes wedding services. They should also confirm the business location, service area, inventory, quotation process and written booking terms.

A future update should rely on a first-party source that matches the company name and contains relevant wedding or event-service context. Until then, this profile should remain review pending.

• Confirm that the contact represents Chairs With Charm, not another business.
• Confirm available chair styles, quantities, condition and photographs.
• Confirm delivery, setup, collection, deposits, taxes and cancellation terms.
• Confirm the legal or trading name shown on any contract and invoice.
