Limitations and what to confirm

Confirm site inspection, permits, staking/ballast, utility marking and weather/wind policy.
Ask what delivery, setup, teardown, cleaning, damage waiver and labour cost.
Verify exact quantities, dimensions, colours and substitutions in the order.
Review deposit, cancellation, weather postponement and damaged/missing-item terms.
