Birch Tree Weddings

Last reviewed: August 14, 2026. Availability unconfirmed. Review pending.

Birch Tree Weddings is currently listed in the Canada Wedding Guide’s Toronto wedding-videography inventory, but a current official business website could not be established during research completed on August 14, 2026. This profile is therefore marked review pending rather than active.

For couples searching for a Toronto wedding videographer, the name may still appear in older directory material. However, the legacy address, telephone number and service description supplied with this record are not current first-party proof and are intentionally not repeated here as contact or booking information.

Verification status

Status: review pending. Searches for the exact business name, the name with Toronto, and the name with the supplied legacy contact details did not produce a current official domain that could meet the required identity standard. In particular, no website was found that both matched the distinctive business name and supplied relevant, current wedding-service information.

The existing Canada Wedding Guide page remains the only confirmed page associated with this record. A third-party directory and a historical portfolio-hosting result were found in search, but neither is sufficient to establish a current official identity, operating status, service list or contact route.

Services and specialization

The existing CWG categorization places this record under Wedding Videography in Toronto. That classification is useful context for search discovery, but it is not evidence that Birch Tree Weddings currently provides videography, photography, packages, edits, highlight films or any other listed deliverables.

Until an official business page is verified, couples should not rely on the legacy description when deciding whether this company offers wedding video, still photography, or a combined photo-and-video booking.

Service area and who it may suit

Toronto is the location attached to the existing CWG record, so Toronto wedding videographer is the page’s location-based research term. No current official source was found to confirm a studio location, travel radius, destination-wedding policy or whether the business accepts bookings in the Greater Toronto Area.

This profile may be relevant to couples attempting to verify an older referral or directory entry. It is not currently suitable as evidence that Birch Tree Weddings serves a particular venue, neighbourhood or date.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

No company-specific strengths can be confirmed from first-party evidence at this time. The absence of a verified official website also means there is no reliable way to assess portfolio recency, delivery formats, insurance, staffing, equipment, turnaround times or booking policies.

The practical limitation is verification rather than a judgment about quality. Couples should obtain current information directly from a verified business-controlled contact channel before sharing event details or paying a retainer.

Pricing

Current pricing is not explicitly published. No verified official page was available to confirm packages, starting rates, deposits, taxes, travel fees, overtime charges or what is included in any wedding-film deliverable.

If a current contact route becomes available, request a written quote that identifies coverage hours, number of shooters, deliverables, revision terms, delivery timing, payment schedule and cancellation or rescheduling conditions.

Contact and booking

No official website, postal address or telephone number is published in this profile because none could be verified from an official business page. The legacy contact details in the record are intentionally withheld to avoid directing couples to an outdated or unrelated contact.

Do not treat a directory entry, search snippet or social profile alone as confirmation of a current booking channel. Verify the business name, representative and contract details before arranging a consultation.

What couples should confirm

Before booking, confirm that Birch Tree Weddings is actively operating under this exact name and that the person responding is authorized to represent the business. Ask for a current portfolio and a written description of the services offered for your wedding.

Also confirm date availability, coverage locations, the final products supplied, copyright or usage terms, insurance where required by a venue, payment protections and the agreement’s cancellation provisions. These checks are especially important because no current first-party business page was found.
