Aimlake Production is a photography and videography business serving Whitby, Durham Region and the wider Greater Toronto Area. Couples considering a Whitby wedding videographer can use this profile to review what the company currently documents about wedding films, geographic coverage, contact options and the details that remain to be confirmed directly.

The company’s official Whitby page lists wedding videography alongside corporate, event, brand, social-media and real-estate video production. It describes its wedding work as cinematic storytelling intended to preserve the emotion of the day. The available official evidence does not provide wedding package inclusions, sample timelines, deliverable lengths or current rates, so couples should treat those items as questions for a consultation rather than established features. Services and specialization

Aimlake Production identifies wedding videography as one of several video services offered in Whitby. Its official page characterizes the wedding service as cinematic storytelling. The same page says the company brings 4K production quality and professional editing to projects in the Whitby area. These are documented production features, but the evidence does not specify whether every wedding package includes 4K delivery or how final files are supplied.

Because the company also works on corporate videos, live events, brand content, social-media videos and real-estate walkthroughs, wedding coverage is part of a broader production practice rather than the only service described. No official wedding portfolio details, full-film examples, teaser lengths, drone coverage, audio arrangements or number of camera operators were included in the supplied evidence.

4K production quality and professional editing stated for Whitby projects
Photography and videography are both available service categories
Specific wedding deliverables and crew arrangements are not documented in the supplied pages

Service area and who it may suit

The official contact page says Aimlake Production is based in Scarborough and serves the Greater Toronto Area, Durham Region, York Region and surrounding communities. Whitby is expressly included, along with Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa, Brooklin, Bowmanville, Clarington, Courtice, Uxbridge and Port Perry. Toronto, Scarborough, North York and several York Region communities are also named.

This coverage may suit couples holding a wedding in Whitby or elsewhere within the listed service area who want to ask about a cinematic wedding-film approach. The published service-area statements do not establish travel fees, distance limits or whether every date and venue can be accommodated. Couples planning events across multiple locations should provide the full itinerary when requesting a quote.

Travel policies and location-based charges are not published in the supplied evidence

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

A documented strength is the combination of stated 4K production quality and professional editing for projects in the Whitby area. The company also presents both photography and videography as available service types, allowing couples to ask whether coordinated coverage can be arranged. Its published contact options include telephone, email and an online enquiry form.

The main limitation is the amount of wedding-specific information available in the supplied official pages. They do not establish package tiers, coverage hours, team size, editing turnaround, music licensing, revision terms, backup practices or final delivery format. The absence of those details is not evidence that they are unavailable; it means couples should obtain written clarification before making a booking decision.

Documented production features include 4K quality and professional editing
Both photography and videography can be selected on the contact form
Wedding-specific package details are not provided in the evidence
No public street address is confirmed on the supplied official pages

Pricing

Current wedding prices are not published. The supplied official pages do not state a starting rate, deposit amount, package price, hourly fee or travel charge for wedding videography. Couples will need to request a tailored quotation based on their date, locations, schedule and required deliverables.

When comparing a quote, ask what the fee includes rather than relying on the headline amount alone. Useful points include filming hours, number of videographers, ceremony and speech audio, highlight-film length, availability of a longer edit, delivery resolution, revision allowances, taxes, travel and overtime. None of these inclusions should be assumed until Aimlake Production confirms them in writing.

Request an itemized wedding quotation
Confirm deposits, payment dates and cancellation or rescheduling terms
Ask whether taxes, travel and overtime are included
Verify the exact films and files included in the quoted price

Contact and booking

Aimlake Production lists +1 (437) 696-8191 as a contact number. Its contact page also provides production@aimlake.com and cratul@aimlake.com, as well as a form where clients can choose photography, videography, both or another service. Published business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday by appointment.

The Whitby service page recommends booking videography four to eight weeks in advance to support availability and pre-production planning. That is the company’s general recommendation, not a guarantee that a wedding date will remain open within that window. Couples should contact the business as soon as they have a firm date and venue, especially when planning a multi-location day.

What couples should confirm

Before signing an agreement, couples should ask for a wedding-specific proposal that identifies the people providing coverage, the hours on site and every promised deliverable. A clear schedule should address preparations, ceremony, portraits, reception entrances, speeches and other events the couple wants recorded. If the ceremony and reception are at different venues, travel time and any added cost should appear in the quote.

Couples should also confirm how audio will be captured, whether filming restrictions need to be coordinated with the venue or officiant, and how long editing is expected to take. Ask how finished films are delivered, how long files remain available, whether revisions are included and what happens if illness, equipment failure or a postponement affects the plan. These are practical due-diligence questions because the supplied pages do not publish the relevant wedding policies.

Highlight-film and longer-film lengths, if offered
