Last reviewed: August 23, 2026. Availability unconfirmed. Review pending.

Couples searching for an Image By Design Events Collingwood wedding planner may encounter an older listing describing a wedding-planning and event-management company. However, the current evidence does not establish that the website previously attached to the listing belongs to Image By Design Events.

The supplied website now presents Joseph Michael Photography, a Toronto photography business offering wedding and engagement photography alongside corporate and family services. Only one distinctive token from the listing title matched the current site, which is below the identity threshold required to connect the two businesses. This profile is therefore marked for manual review rather than treated as an active, verified listing. Last reviewed: August 23, 2026.

Services and specialization

The legacy Canada Wedding Guide record categorizes Image By Design Events under Wedding Planning and describes planning-related work. Those historical statements are not current first-party evidence and should not be relied upon when choosing a vendor.

The attempted website documents wedding photography and engagement photography under the name Joseph Michael Photography. It does not identify Image By Design Events or verify that wedding planning remains available through the company named on this page. Photography services shown on that site cannot safely be attributed to Image By Design Events.

• Current wedding-planning services: not verified
• Current event-design or coordination services: not verified
• Relationship to Joseph Michael Photography: not established

Service area and who it may suit

Collingwood appears in the existing page taxonomy, while the legacy description mentions Georgian Bay, the Greater Toronto Area and destination work. These geographic claims have not been confirmed by a current official source for Image By Design Events.

The attempted website instead describes Joseph Michael Photography as a Toronto wedding photographer and says its wedding gallery largely represents work in and around Toronto, with travel beyond that area possible. Because the business identity is unresolved, couples should not assume those photography service areas apply to Image By Design Events. This listing may become useful to couples seeking planning help in Collingwood only after the business name, operator and current coverage are confirmed.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

No present-day feature can be confirmed as a strength of Image By Design Events from the supplied first-party evidence. The main practical limitation is the identity mismatch: the listed company name and the business presented on the attempted website are different.

The current site contains clear wedding-service context, but that context concerns photography rather than the planning category assigned to this page. The older claims about professional memberships, certification, destination work and planning deliverables remain unverified and have not been repeated as facts.

• The attempted domain is accessible and contains wedding content.
• It identifies Joseph Michael Photography, not Image By Design Events.
• No verified current address or telephone number was supplied for the listed company.

Pricing

Prices are not published for Image By Design Events in the verified evidence. The attempted website states that Joseph Michael Photography wedding packages start at $2,250 and include high-resolution images, but that price belongs to the differently named photography service and must not be presented as planning pricing for this listing.

Couples should request a current written proposal only after confirming the vendor’s identity. The proposal should specify the service type, planning or coordination scope, hours, travel costs, taxes, payment schedule, cancellation terms and any third-party expenses.

Contact and booking

A current official website, postal address and telephone number for Image By Design Events have not been verified. The legacy post-office-box address and telephone number are intentionally omitted because no current official page confirms them.

The booking and consultation forms on josephmichael.ca concern Joseph Michael Photography. Couples should not use those forms on the assumption that they reach Image By Design Events unless the operator directly confirms the relationship between the names.

• Do not rely on the legacy address without direct verification.
• Do not rely on the legacy telephone number without direct verification.
• Obtain the legal or operating name in writing before paying a deposit.

What couples should confirm

Before considering this listing for a wedding, couples should confirm whether Image By Design Events is currently operating, whether it has been renamed, and whether josephmichael.ca has any legitimate connection to it. They should also establish whether the available service is wedding planning, photography or both.

If planning services are confirmed, ask for a current package outline and contract showing responsibilities before, during and after the wedding. Also confirm the planner assigned to the event, service area, travel policy, communication schedule, backup arrangements and the boundaries between coordination, design and vendor management.
