Casanova Entertainment

Last reviewed: July 30, 2026. Business status: Availability unconfirmed. Casanova Entertainment identifies itself on its official website as a Scarborough-based full-service disc jockey company serving the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. The official domain and telephone number are working and match the directory record, but the site contains no recent portfolio, booking calendar, current social feed or dated availability notice. Couples should confirm that the company is accepting weddings for their date before relying on older directory information.

The former street address has been replaced with the location the company currently publishes: Scarborough, Toronto. The official site says its service area extends across Southern Ontario, described as “from Niagara to Oshawa.”

The lead image is an original editorial image created for Canada Wedding Guide. It is not a Casanova Entertainment portfolio image and does not depict the company’s staff, equipment or a completed event. Ask the company for recent full-event examples before booking.

What Casanova Entertainment does

Casanova Entertainment advertises DJ and special-event services. Its official website describes the business as a full-service disc jockey company and says it provides DJ and event services for the GTA. A current Yellow Pages directory result independently matches the business name, Toronto postal area, DJ category, telephone number and official website.

The company says it has more than 20 years of event-planning industry experience and emphasizes personalization, customer service and passion. That experience statement is a first-party claim; the website does not publish a founding date, staff biographies, awards, client references or an event archive that would independently document the timeline.

Weddings, events and service area

The official homepage does not list packages event by event, but the company is categorized as a mobile DJ service and presents itself for special events. Older business-directory copy describes weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, stag events, Jack and Jill parties, school dances and corporate events. Because those details are not itemized on the current official site, couples should confirm which event types and wedding services are still offered.

The published base is Scarborough, with service across the GTA and Southern Ontario. The official wording specifically references Niagara and Oshawa. It does not publish travel zones, mileage rates, accommodation rules or a maximum service radius.

What is included in the DJ service?

The official website does not publish a current inclusions list. It does not specify the number of planning meetings, ceremony audio, microphones, MC service, dance-floor lighting, speaker coverage, backup equipment, music-request process, setup time or overtime. These are common decision points for wedding DJ contracts, but they should not be assumed to be included here.

Ask for a written proposal that identifies the DJ or MC assigned to the event, the exact sound and lighting equipment, coverage for the ceremony and reception, setup and teardown access, backup arrangements, and the start and finish times.

Casanova Entertainment pricing

No wedding DJ prices, package rates, deposits or minimum spends are published on the official website. A price must therefore be requested directly. Canada Wedding Guide found no official basis for quoting a starting price.

For a useful comparison, ask whether the quote includes HST, travel, parking, ceremony audio, cocktail-hour sound, microphones, lighting, MC duties, extra speakers, setup and teardown, song-editing work, overtime and any venue-required insurance. Confirm the deposit schedule and what happens if the date, venue or event hours change.

Who this DJ may suit

Casanova Entertainment may be worth contacting for couples seeking a Scarborough or GTA-based mobile DJ and for events elsewhere in Southern Ontario. The published regional coverage may be useful for weddings outside central Toronto, particularly toward Niagara or Durham Region, subject to travel confirmation.

It may be less suitable for couples who need transparent online pricing, a detailed package comparison, recent public wedding examples or immediate online booking. None of those are currently available on the official website. Couples with specific cultural, multilingual or genre requirements should ask directly; the site does not publish music specialties or languages.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

Confirmed strengths: the official website is accessible; the full company name, telephone and domain match; the business clearly identifies its DJ focus, Scarborough base and broad Southern Ontario service area. The company also states that personalization and customer service are part of its approach.

Practical limitations: current booking availability is not published. The official site has limited detail and does not provide recent event dates, named team members, packages, prices, equipment specifications, insurance information, cancellation terms, testimonials or a current portfolio. Its public contact email is displayed as “info@loscasanova” without a complete domain, so telephone contact may be more reliable unless the business supplies a full email address.
