Pricing

Most engagement and wedding-ring prices are not publicly displayed. Product pages use “Request Pricing,” including 14K gold and platinum-capable bands. The site advertises Flexiti financing with interest as low as 0%, subject to approval and current terms; this is not a guarantee of free financing for every purchase.

Practical strengths

Large filterable catalogue: shoppers can compare metal, width, colour, brand and stone details.
Detailed specifications: many pages identify gold karat, platinum availability, diamond weight and band width.
Custom-order route: the store supports personalized sourcing/design rather than catalogue-only buying.
Physical Calgary store: address, hours, phone and email are current.

Limitations and what to confirm

Price opacity makes cross-store comparison difficult; request an itemized written quote.
Confirm whether the quoted ring is stock, made-to-order or custom and the delivery deadline.
For diamonds, verify grading report, natural/lab-grown origin, measurements and return conditions.
Check sizing, engraving, warranty, maintenance, insurance appraisal, deposit and cancellation terms.
