Couples searching for Open Window Weddings Niagara-on-the-Lake should note that Canada Wedding Guide could not establish a current official source for this listing. The website previously associated with the record was unavailable when checked, and the supplied evidence produced no identity match or wedding-service context.

This profile is therefore marked review pending as of September 1, 2026. The historical CWG record may help identify the business being sought, but it is not proof of current services, location, contact details or operating status.

Services and specialization

The existing CWG taxonomy places Open Window Weddings under Wedding Videography. However, no accessible first-party page was supplied to confirm that this remains the company’s current service, to identify its filming style or to document any deliverables.

Earlier listing copy mentions several possible production options, but those statements are legacy context only and have not been repeated here as facts. Couples should request current written details directly from a verified representative.

Service area and who it may suit

The legacy record associates the listing with Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. No official evidence currently confirms a studio location, travel area or availability in Niagara, the Greater Toronto Area or any other destination.

The listing may be relevant to couples investigating wedding video providers in the Niagara area, but suitability cannot be assessed until the business identity, service area and present offerings are verified.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

No company-specific strength can presently be confirmed because the evidence pack contains no accessible official pages or verified official social profile. The main practical limitation is the absence of current first-party information.

This does not establish that the business has closed. It means only that Canada Wedding Guide cannot responsibly validate the legacy claims or present them as current.

The previously listed domain did not resolve during the supplied evidence check.
No current service descriptions or portfolio pages were available.
No official address or telephone number was verified.

Pricing

Prices are not published. No current package names, coverage hours, deposits, payment schedules, travel charges, editing terms or delivery timelines were available in the supplied first-party evidence.

Couples should obtain a dated quotation and read the complete agreement before paying a deposit.

Contact and booking

The legacy record contains a street address, telephone number and website, but none could be verified through a current official source. They have therefore been omitted from the structured contact fields.

Before sharing personal information or sending payment, confirm that any person responding controls a current official business channel and can provide a contract identifying the legal contracting party.

What couples should confirm

If current official contact details become available, couples should verify the points below in writing. These checks are especially important where an older listing cannot be reconciled with a working official website.

Whether Open Window Weddings is currently accepting wedding bookings.
The exact services, coverage hours, crew size and final deliverables.
The geographic service area and any travel or accommodation charges.
Total pricing, taxes, deposit requirements and cancellation or rescheduling terms.
Editing and delivery timelines, revision terms, music licensing and footage-retention policies.
