Top Notch Art of Makeup

Last reviewed: August 25, 2026. Availability unconfirmed. Review pending.

Top Notch Art of Makeup is listed on CanadaWeddingGuide as a Kelowna wedding-makeup business. Couples searching for a Kelowna wedding makeup artist should note that this profile is currently review pending: the supplied website could not be reached, and no current first-party page was available to verify the business identity, services, contact details or operating status.

The earlier listing describes bridal and special-event makeup, including possible on-site and trial services, but those statements are legacy information only. They are not treated as confirmed facts in this profile. Last reviewed: August 25, 2026.

Services and specialization

The supplied record places the business in the Wedding Makeup taxonomy. However, the current first-party evidence pack contains no accessible official pages and no identity-confirmed service information. The legacy listing refers to bridal makeup, wedding-party services, on-site appointments and trials, but couples should not rely on those details until the business confirms them directly.

• Wedding makeup is the relevant CanadaWeddingGuide category.
• Specific service inclusions, makeup styles, trial arrangements and group services are unconfirmed.

Service area and who it may suit

The existing CanadaWeddingGuide taxonomy associates the listing with Kelowna, British Columbia. That association comes from the legacy record and is not current first-party proof of a service area. The business may be relevant to couples seeking wedding makeup in Kelowna, but its present location, travel radius and appointment arrangements require confirmation.

• Confirm whether appointments are currently offered in Kelowna.
• Ask whether the artist travels to venues, homes or hotel rooms.
• Confirm any travel fees, minimum group sizes or location restrictions.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

No current business feature can be confirmed from the available evidence. The principal limitation is verification: the listed website was unavailable, the final official website is not established, and no current first-party contact or service page was supplied. This does not establish that the company is closed or unavailable; it means that current operating details could not be verified.

• Current identity and operating status: not verified.
• Current services and booking process: not verified.
• Address and telephone number: not verified.

Pricing

Prices are not published in the supplied evidence. No current package, deposit, minimum booking, trial or travel-fee information could be verified. Couples should request a written quote that separates the wedding service, any party services, trial costs, travel and applicable taxes.

• Prices are not published.
• Ask whether a deposit is required and when the balance is due.
• Confirm what is included in any quoted package.

Contact and booking

No current official contact route could be confirmed. The legacy record contains an unverified telephone number and an unverified website, so those details are intentionally not presented as booking information here. Before sharing personal details or paying a deposit, couples should confirm that they are communicating with the current business through an official, verifiable channel.

• Request the current business name and official website or business profile.
• Confirm the artist’s name, appointment location and wedding date availability directly.
• Obtain written booking, cancellation and payment terms.

What couples should confirm

A short verification conversation can resolve the main gaps in this listing. Ask whether Top Notch Art of Makeup is currently accepting wedding bookings, which services are offered, where appointments take place and whether the business still serves Kelowna. If on-site work or trials are available, confirm the timing, preparation requirements and any additional fees.

• Current operating status and official contact details.
• Bridal, wedding-party and trial services, if offered.
• Travel coverage, fees, minimum booking requirements and timing.
• Products, touch-up arrangements and preparation guidance.
• Deposit, cancellation, rescheduling and contract terms.
