Tanya List Design & Floral

Last reviewed: August 12, 2026. Business status: Active.

Tanya List wedding flowers Muskoka is the most precise way to describe this current listing. Tanya List’s official website presents a Muskoka-based design studio with a dedicated wedding-flower service, while its contact information identifies Toronto and Muskoka. The former listing name, Tanya List Design & Floral, is therefore updated here to reflect the business’s current official web identity.

For couples planning in cottage country, the available evidence points to custom wedding florals rather than a fixed package menu. The studio says each wedding is created as a one-of-a-kind project and tailored to the couple. Its wedding page also asks prospective clients for a wedding date, location, style, colours and preferences, which makes this a consultation-led option for couples who want their floral direction discussed before a quote is prepared. Services and specialization

Tanya List offers wedding flowers through a dedicated Weddings page. The official description says each wedding is custom tailored, with work built around individual colour palettes and a selection of blooms, foliage, fruits and berries. The site’s portfolio categories include bouquets, ceilings, centrepieces and ceremonies, showing the types of wedding floral work presented on the current site.

The business also lists plants and pottery on its website. Those offerings are separate from the wedding service, so couples should not assume that non-wedding products are included in a floral proposal. The homepage notes that interior decorating is “coming soon”; it should be treated as future-facing website information, not a confirmed bookable wedding service.

• Custom wedding floral design
• Wedding consultations
• Portfolio examples for bouquets, ceilings, centrepieces and ceremonies
• Plants and pottery listed as separate website categories

Service area and who it may suit

The official site describes Tanya List as a Muskoka-based design studio and identifies its contact region as Toronto and Muskoka. It does not publish a street address or a detailed delivery map, so this profile does not assign a physical location to Bracebridge or claim coverage beyond those two named areas.

This may suit couples planning a Muskoka wedding, as well as couples with a Toronto connection, who are looking for an individually planned floral approach. The site’s consultation form specifically asks for the wedding location, so location suitability, travel arrangements and on-site requirements should be discussed directly with the studio.

• Officially named regions: Toronto and Muskoka
• No public street or postal address was found on the official website
• Wedding location is requested during the consultation process

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

A confirmed feature is the studio’s custom approach: its wedding page says weddings are one-of-a-kind and tailored for each couple. It also states that Tanya List works with local growers to select flowers and may use blooms from her own gardens when possible. The studio has been designing professionally since 2001, according to its homepage.

The practical limitation is the level of public detail. The site does not publish a full service list, a delivery policy, a wedding minimum, a travel range, a current booking calendar or a street address. These are not negatives; they are items a couple should clarify before comparing proposals.

• Documented custom-tailored wedding approach
• Documented use of local growers when possible
• Professional floral-design experience stated since 2001
• Scope, travel and operational details require direct confirmation

Pricing

Current pricing is not explicitly published. The official wedding page invites couples to request a consultation and provide their date, location, style, colours and preferences. It also says initial consultations are free of charge.

Ask for a written quote that identifies the proposed floral pieces, substitutions or seasonal contingencies, delivery or installation costs where applicable, taxes, payment milestones and cancellation terms. Since the official site does not state package prices or a minimum spend, no price range is included in this profile.

Current prices are not published on the official pages reviewed.

• No current public wedding pricing found
• Initial consultations are stated to be free of charge
• Request a written, itemized quote

Contact and booking

The official contact page provides a web inquiry form with Wedding Flowers as a selectable subject. It requests a name, email and phone number. The wedding page also includes a consultation form that asks for the wedding date, location and design preferences.

The published phone number is (416) 409-8107. The official website displays a protected email address rather than a readable address, so the most reliable published online route is the contact or wedding-consultation form. The site notes that summer bookings are limited; that statement does not confirm availability for any particular date.

• Phone: (416) 409-8107
• Wedding Flowers inquiry option on the official contact form
• Wedding consultation form available online
• Summer booking capacity is described as limited

What couples should confirm

Before booking, confirm whether the studio is available for your date and venue, whether it serves the exact ceremony and reception locations, and what scope is appropriate for your plans. Share inspiration, desired colour direction, guest count and any floral priorities when submitting the consultation request.

Also confirm whether delivery, setup, installation, repurposing and teardown are offered for your event, as those details are not published on the reviewed official pages. Ask how seasonal availability may affect the flower selection, especially if particular varieties are essential to your design.

• Availability for your date and venue
• Exact service area and any travel charges
• Floral scope, delivery, installation and teardown
• Seasonal substitutions and the final proposal
• Deposit, payment, tax and cancellation terms

Profile verification note

The current official website uses the name Tanya List and has active wedding and contact pages. It matches the distinctive Tanya List identity and provides relevant wedding-flower information, supporting an Active status for this profile.

No clean postal address is displayed on the official pages reviewed. Accordingly, the address field is intentionally left blank rather than relying on historical listing information. Couples should use the official contact route to confirm the appropriate meeting or correspondence details.
