Business status: Booking availability not independently confirmed.

Last reviewed: July 30, 2026. Status: Availability unconfirmed. See You There Invitations is an appointment-only wedding stationery studio in downtown Windsor, Ontario, founded and led by designer Judene McCalla. The official website remains live and documents a full custom design service, but it currently states that the studio’s books are closed and asks visitors to check back for future availability.

This is not evidence that the business has closed. It means new-project availability is currently unavailable or unconfirmed. Couples should not assume the studio can accept their wedding date until the notice changes or the designer confirms otherwise.

Custom wedding stationery

The studio creates coordinated, custom-designed stationery rather than selling a catalogue of fixed templates. Published examples include save-the-dates, invitation suites, reply or QR cards, detail cards, mailing envelopes, table numbers, menu cards, place cards, escort cards, ceremony programs, rehearsal-dinner invitations, seating charts and welcome signs.

See You There describes a highly guided process covering design, printing, materials, assembly, guest-envelope addressing and return addressing. Day-of stationery is offered only to clients whose wedding invitations were also designed and printed by the studio; the official FAQ says it does not provide standalone seating charts or welcome signs for invitation projects produced elsewhere.

Service area and appointment format

The official service page names Windsor, Essex County, London, Toronto and surrounding Ontario cities. The studio is located in downtown Windsor and works by appointment only; drop-ins are not accommodated.

The process begins with an enquiry, detailed questionnaire and consultation covering style, requirements and budget. If the project is a fit, the studio presents a custom proposal. Design concepts are then refined with the couple before printing and assembly. The official site says production can take approximately three to six weeks after final design approval, depending on complexity.

Published investment and inclusions

The official service page currently lists a minimum investment of $3,995 plus a separate design fee. The custom design fee is published as starting at $1,500, and a signed contract plus a $1,500 retainer is required to begin the design process.

The published $3,995 minimum includes up to 100 digitally printed save-the-dates on cotton paper; up to 100 invitation sets with invitation, mailing envelope, reply card or QR card, RSVP envelope and detail card; one seating chart up to 24 × 36 inches; and up to 150 menu cards with guest names. If save-the-dates are not required, the site says that portion of the investment may be reallocated.

Printing, materials, assembly, guest-envelope addressing and return addressing are listed as included services. The design fee is separate, and optional add-ons or more complex materials can increase the total. Couples should request a current written proposal because the public figures may change and the books-closed notice means new work is not presently assured.

Who this studio may suit

See You There may suit couples planning a coordinated, higher-touch stationery programme rather than invitations alone. The service is particularly relevant when save-the-dates, invitation suites, signage and reception stationery need one visual system, professional assembly and consistent print production.

It may be less suitable for couples seeking inexpensive template invitations, a stationery-only item produced at the last minute, or standalone day-of signage after ordering invitations elsewhere. The published minimum investment and separate design fee should be considered before requesting a consultation.

Confirmed strengths and practical limitations

Confirmed strengths: the official site identifies the founder and Windsor studio address, documents more than 15 years of design experience, publishes a detailed workflow, lists concrete starting investment and retainer amounts, explains production timing and sets clear boundaries around day-of stationery.

Current limitation: the books are closed at the time of review. The public pages do not provide a reopening date or guarantee that a particular wedding date will become available. They also do not fully publish revision limits, shipping or delivery charges, taxes, rush fees, cancellation terms, final payment schedule or pricing for optional finishes and quantities above the stated inclusions.

What to ask when bookings reopen

  • Is the wedding date and required delivery date available?
  • Does the $3,995 minimum and design fee still apply to the requested quantities?
  • Which paper, printing methods, envelopes, finishes and assembly steps are included?
  • How many concepts and revision rounds are included in the design fee?
  • What costs apply to postage, delivery, taxes, rush production and optional add-ons?
  • When are guest names, addresses, menu choices and final quantities due?
  • What are the approval, proofing, cancellation, postponement and reprint policies?
  • Can the production schedule accommodate the recommended invitation mailing date?
