Medium-sized events with 25 to 50 people start at $950, but additional sound equipment will need to be rented at the host’s expense. Large-sized events with 50 people or more start at $1250, and like medium-sized events, additional sound equipment will need to be rented at the host’s expense.

The price of each package is determined by factors such as the length and number of sets, the size of the room and set-up time needed, equipment rental, transportation, and set-up, the length of the event, the distance to the event, whether an overnight stay is required, and any excess tardiness. A 10% fee will be charged if the event is prolonged one hour past the agreed-upon end time.

While Tuesday in Blue reserves the right to accept or refuse special requests, they will consider one request per month of notice.
