The Art of the Cake is located in Warsaw and specializes in creating high-end wedding cakes and cakes for other special occasions. The company creates handcrafted cake decoration items. Consultations and cake tastings are also provided. Baker, Sharon Guiel, is an alumna of the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts. She is the former owner of The Market in Lakefield. She works on one cake at a time for about 35 hours.
